Missions is one of the most important ministries that a Christian and a church can be involved with. At Southside, we take missions very seriously as we seek to honor God by praying, giving, and GOING on mission with Him. This is a picture of Gospel Light Baptist Church in Harrietsfield, Nova Scotia. Our church has a partnership with this wonderful church that is serving as a beacon of light on the coast of Nova Scotia. The logs for this building were donated from a log cabin company just a few miles from our church here in the Triad. This church is only one of two Southern Baptist Churches in Nova Scotia. We are so blessed to be able to go back to Canada this summer for our third year to conduct VBS. Please pray and ask God if He desires for you to go with us on mission with Him in Canada this year.
