I am serving as one of the coaches for Luke's baseball team again this year. This year, he is on the BATS team. Last night was our first practice of the spring season. This afternoon, we had our second practice. After spending most of our time in the batting cage, I can honestly say that I think we are off to a season of success.
I was so proud of Luke for batting so well last night and today. We have been working alot in the back yard recently to get back in the swing. He is an amazing baseball player. He is excited to have 3 kids on his team that were also on his basketball team.
Games start the Saturday before Easter so we still have alot to do to prepare our team for the big day. Keep us in your prayers as we try to make a difference in the kids lives. I always pray that God will allow us to be a witness for Him as we use each opportunity to fulfill the great commission.
