A Great Family Day

Today has been a great day at Fullertown.  After being away for the good part of this week, I came home to NC with a full slate of meetings and appointments on Thursday and Friday morning.  After such a wild week, I was so excited about today.  Today was a day that our fmaily enjoyed so much.  Our neighborhood pool opened this morning and the little Fuller's were up and ready to GO at 6:30.  After holding them off until a decent hour, we made our way up the sidewalk to the pool about 9:00.  They swam, played and had a great morning.  After that, we came home and spent some time getting ready.  We were invited to go with a group of friends to a local lake for a dinner cruise.  All of the little Fuller's were very excited and we had a blast.  We made our way and had a very enjoyable afternoon with some wonderful friends.  There were 24 of us and it was so much fun.  After eating a wonderful meal, the captain let the little Fuller's drive the boat.  Of course Luke and Sarah Belle were ready to roll.  Then after thinking about it, Anna Brooke and Paul jumped up and began to drive.  The funniest moment of all was when the waves came over the boat and splashed all over Sarah Belle.  After our time at the lake, we drove around on the way home and just spent time together.

Now, after reflecting upon this day and spending time in the WORD, I realize just how blessed I am.  Today was a day filled with precious memories and I am grateful to be able to cherish such a special time with the most important people of my life.

THANK YOU JESUS!

Revival Services at Praise Baptist Church, Plymouth Michigan

This week I have had the opportunity to share God's word in revival services at Praise Baptist Church in Plymouth Michigan.  God has done an amazing work in our midst.  I am humbled and amazed that God has chosen to use me to be a small part of His plan for Praise Baptist Church.

Mommy Is Doing What She Does Best - Teaching Preschoolers

It is such a great blessing to see how God uses my amazing wife in the ministry that He has called her to.  Laura spends countless hours each week preparing to lead WEE Love Academy, teach sunday school and lead the AWANA Sparks group.  She is dedicated and completely surrendered to see God do something mighty in the lives of little children.  Here is a picture with some of our little ones as she gives them an object lesson that parallels the scriptures.

A Night with the Grasshoppers

Tonight, our sunday school class went to the Greensboro Grasshoppers baseball game.  It was a fun night of fun and fellowship.  The kids had a blast watching the game, eating, dancing with Guilford, and playing with their friends. As I was sitting there absorbing the wonderful atmosphere, I was reminded of the joy that a church family can bring to a person.  It was so wonderful to watch this group of young adults laugh, joke and enjoy one another.  We are so blessed to have such great friends and a great church for our family to be a part of.  Thank you Jesus for nights like tonight as we enjoy the gift of friendship that only you could put together by bringing so many of us from such different walks of life together in the same church for one common purpose - JESUS!

Luke's 7th Birthday

Luke had a Slip N Slide birthday party this year.  It was a wild and fun time for all the kids.  Here is a picture of our 7 year old and he is coming down the slide that was 100 feet long with baby oil all over it.

Paul's American Pride

Last December while we were in Florida visiting Granny and Grandaddy, we went to the Western Store to pick out new boots for VBS this summer.  While we were there, Granny found this American Shirt for Paul.

As we were getting ready for the Southern Guilford Rodeo, along with alot of others from our church family a couple of weeks ago, Paul went and pulled this shirt out of his closet and brought it to me and said, "Daddy, Granny wants me to wear this tonight to the Rodeo."  It was a priceless moment.

He is one handsome boy showing off his American Pride.

Belle Belle and Papa fixing the shrimp

Our Belle Belle is quite the cook at Fullertown.  She loves to pull up a chair and help.  She has become a pro at cooking shrimp since we love fresh shrimp around here.  In this picture, she is peeling away with her papa.

Mommy and Nana's Steak and Shrimp Dinner

Last Saturday evening, the kids and I had the honor of preparing a special dinner for Mommy and Nana.  We worked very hard to make this dinner extra special to show them how much we love them.  We just wish that Granny (from Florida) could have been here to join us also, but we will seek to spoil her this summer.

Paul, Luke and I cooked Filet's on the grill and the boys enjoyed helping.  Sarah Belle and Papa cooked the shrimp and Sarah Belle became quite the shrimp peeler.  Anna Brooke fixed the table and made the salad.

A great dinner was enjoyed by all as we sought to surprise Mommy and Nana.

What a great time it was.
